Erika with a K designing Spoken Word Performance Pieces

Erika with a K is a spoken word artist and poet who designs one of a kind pieces. Each performance piece is tailored and personalized to the event, occasion, or person. They work both in the public and private sectors. Performance pieces are sometimes used as the cornerstone of a workshop or training that they lead and facilitate. They are introducing spoken word in spaces and places often times not thought of as an opportunity for some poetry and yet it is in the art of spoken word that conversations are started and relationships built.

They are known for being an engaging public speaker, trainer, and facilitator.

Examples of clients:

- Sandy Hook Promise (Newtown, CT)

- Equality Diversity and inclusion Training Institute (Washington, D.C.)

- Equality Institute (Chicago, IL)

- HTI Catalysts Network (Atlanta, GA)

- Vital Hearts (Denver, CO)
